1. Illegal gambling is prohibited.
2. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to play. ID may be required.
3. Cash only—no checks, debit or credit.
4. We reserve the right to postpone any raffle event due to inclement weather, power outages, local or other national emergencies or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Seller has the right to refuse sale to anyone. Abusive language will not be tolerated.
6. No sales will be made after the first ticket is drawn.
7. No refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased.
8. All raffle stubs will be placed in a common drum and selected at random at time of drawing.
9. The lowest monetary value item will be drawn first.
10. If a raffle is a cash prize, the amount will be rounded down to the nearest dollar.
11. Winner not need be present to win prize, and must redeem prize within 30 days.
12. Each raffle ticket purchased is for a single raffle ticket having the same chance to win as any other, a purchased raffle ticket is required to enter drawing.
13. If a firearm is the awarded prize it is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have proper legal authority to obtain or possess; as required under MN statute 624.714.
14. If wine, beer, or intoxicating liquors are awarded, that winner must be age 21 or older to win, as required under MN statute 340A.707.
15. There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets a player may purchase.
16. If the winner is prohibited by law from obtaining the award, a monetary amount may be offered in lieu of the prize, or prize is forfeited.
17. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.
18. Winner allows the use of their name and photo to be used for advertising of prize award.
19. No transfer of raffle ticket/stub is allowed after the ticket has been purchased.
20. Purchaser is responsible for paying the full $10.00 at time of ticket purchase.
